A User ID and Password are required for the Medical Access Portal (MAP).

HMA has a New Password reset utility!!!!  You can now reset your own password using it

Please note: You MUST register at https://selfservice.hma.com before you can reset your password or have your account unlocked. Click HERE to walk through the Enrollment, Reset, and Unlock process.

·         This will be the primary way to have your account reset.  The I.S. department will ask you if you have used this web site prior to calling us for account resets.  

The list below are systems that can be reset using this web portal.  All systems use the same user name and password, when you reset your account using this web site it will reset it for the following systems

·         Login to Computer desktop

·         MAP

·         Patient Keeper (Mobile Clinical Results)

·         MedHost

·         Email

·         Citrix Portal

(Please note: *PULSE does not reset with this tool.  Please continue to open ServiceNow tickets or call the House supervisor if after I.T. hours.)

 

How to Access

Ø  On hospital or clinic computers use the Intranet page. http://yrmc or http://tch Click on Reset/Unlock button

Ø  Computers outside of the hospitals or clinics. https://selfservice.hma.com

Ø  From your mobile phone web browser https://selfservice.hma.com/m

Ø  www.yakimaregional.com or www.toppenishhospital.com (Click on Physicians, Click on Medical Access Portal (MAP), Click on SelfService Account rest.
