Job Description
Opportunity to join an established, five physician general surgery private practice. This growing practice is in need of an additional provider to sustain growth and support the Level III trauma system in the community. There are currently 13 providers in the community, and a needs analysis supports the addition of two more general surgeons.
Recruitment incentives include a competitive income guarantee with a base salary based on MGMA means and experience. Additional incentives include a sign on bonus, relocation allowance and 8 weeks of vacation/CME per year. This position is eligible for partnership after 12 months.
