Rich Robinson

Chief Executive Officer

Rich joined Yakima Regional in July of 2010. Before coming to Yakima, he had been serving as CEO at Women & Children’s Hospital with Community Health Systems in Lake Charles, LA.  Before that, he was CEO at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, NM.  He has also held hospital executive positions within Tenet Healthcare. 

“The Yakima Valley is a great community and Yakima Regional Medical & Cardiac Center is a beautiful hospital. I’m excited about this opportunity to become a committed member of both,” said Robinson.   "I enjoy mentoring people and working side-by-side with a team who shares my mission of improving care for patients.  Ultimately, helping people heal is a great honor and gift that we as caregivers and hospital staff have the privilege of taking part in,” Robinson said.  

Rich joins the Medical Center with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and business/ service line development.  Rich earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.  He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University Stanislaus, in Turlock, California.
