Yakima Regional Outpatient Therapy offers a full range of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and massage therapy services in one convenient setting. Each patient is evaluated and treated with the best overall program of care, ranging from individual therapy to comprehensive treatment by our multi-disciplinary team. All therapy sessions focus on education and development of self-care programs to improve or maintain function and reduce the chance of re-injury.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy helps prevent the onset and progression of impairment, functional limitations, disability or changes in physical function. Our goal is to restore, maintain and promote overall fitness, health and an optimal quality of life.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy helps individuals regain independence in work, leisure and daily living activities through exercise, therapeutic techniques and functional activities.
Massage Therapy
Our licensed massage therapists use special techniques to promote better circulation, muscle relaxation, tissue repair and overall well-being. Massage therapy can be paid for out of pocket, or we can bill your insurance with a physician's referral.
Referrals
Referrals to Yakima Regional Outpatient Therapy are made by your physician. If you feel you may benefit from outpatient therapy, please discuss this with your doctor. Therapy fees are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Labor and Industries and most private health insurance.
